The Turing College Endorsement is a career preparation opportunity that we offer to our learners. The program is built to greatly increase learner's

chances of landing a job or receiving a promotion that matches their skills and personality. By the end of the endorsement process, learners will be able to showcase the soft and the hard skills needed, maximise their potential, and will be confident enough to participate in real job interviews.

It means that not only have the learner met or exceeded all the technical and professional requirements of the Turing College curriculum, but also demonstrated a strong ability to work with peers, drove the job search and career development, and are now ready to land a job or receive a promotion!🏁

By working with learners through the Endorsement program, we are able to guarantee that Turing College can recommend them both to our Hiring Partners that have suitable positions for our learners, and for companies that they apply to on their own.

Endorsement is available to every learner (some exceptions may apply). Before the endorsement starts, 🔍 Turing College reviews the entire learner’s performance: project reviews, ability to meet the deadlines, stand-up attendance, and learner’s interactions within the community.

Turing College reserves the right not to endorse the learner if learner’s progress

indicates Turing College’s inability to recommend the learner.
