Digital Explorers is an ICT-focused knowledge and talent exchange initiative between the Baltics and like-minded partner countries, leading the digital revolution in their respective parts of the world.

Between 2019 and 2022, the project successfully matched 26 Nigerian tech talents with 13 front-running Lithuanian companies, which will have generated up to € 2.5 million in new added value by 2025. Knowledge exchange on Fintech and GovTech followed and Lithuanian tech heavyweight TeleSoftas opened a local delivery centre in Abuja.

Supported and endorsed by the European Commission, the 2024 Edition looks to scale the mutual-benefits and invites Baltic companies to step on board and benefit from the expertise of Nigerian, Kenyan and Armenian techies through two tailored tracks.

Moreover, in 2024, Digital Explorers programme offers career advancement opportunities for 150 Nigerian, Kenyan and Armenian ICT talents in both local and Baltic ICT companies. In a nutshell, it gives a chance to receive many years of experience in a single journey and accelerate career at full speed.
